Entrepreneur-Samosa vendor-Manager

Good Lesson to become Entrepreneur

LifeLessons

In Delhi, there was a Samosa vendor. His shop was in front of a Big company. His Samosa was so tasty. Most of the employees use to eat that samosa at lunch time.

One day, a Manager came to that guy selling samosas. While he was eating samosa he comes in the fun mood.
He asks a question: You have maintained your shop so nicely and have good management skills. Don’t you think that you are wasting your talent and time by selling just Samosas?
Think, if you were working like me in any big company, you would have been a manager like me, isn't it?
Poor samosa guy, he smiled at the manager and said awesome lines.
Sir, I thought my work is better than your work. Do u know why?
10 years back I used to sell samosa in tokari (Leaf basket). At same time you got this job. That time I was earning Rs. 1,000 in a month and your salary was 10K.
In this 10 years of journey, we did progress a lot.
I owned a shop and became famous 'samosa-wala' in this area and you became a manager.
Now you are earning Rs.1 lakh while I am earning same and sometimes more than you. So surely, I can say that my work is better than yours.
It’s because of my kids future.
Let me explain –
Please pay close attention to my word. I started my career at lowest income. my son doesn’t have to suffer the same. One day my son will take over my business. He doesn’t have to start from 0. He will get fully established business, but in your case, the benefits will be taken by your boss kids, not by your kids.
You can not offer your same post to your son or daughter. They have to start from zero again. Whatever you have suffered 10 years ago, your kids have to suffer the same.
My son will extend my business from now and when your kid will be manager my son will be far away.
Now tell me who is wasting the Talent and Time.
Manager gave Rs.50 for two samosa’s and he didn’t speak any word and left.

Wedding anniversary- her husband drenched in rain-Accident

Excellent Message to all

It was their anniversary, and Aarthi was waiting for her husband Rajiv to show up after office in the evening.
Things had changed since their marriage a few years ago, the once cute couple couldn't-live-without-each-other all these years, had turned bitter quarreling for petty issues and stopped talking, living under one roof as strangers.
Fighting over every little thing, both didn't like the way things had changed and Aarthi was waiting to see if Rajiv remembered as it was their anniversary today !!!!!!!
Just as the door bell rang...............she ran to find her husband drenched in rain and smiling with a bunch of flowers in his hand.
The two started to mend and re-live the old days. Making up for fights, then was d plan for champagne, light music as it's raining  !! It was perfect.
But the moment paused when the phone rang..........
Aarthi went to pick it up and it was a man on otherside "Hello ma'am I'm calling from the police station. Is this Mr Rajiv Mehra's number?"
"Yes it is!"
"I'm sorry ma'am; but there was an accident and a man died".
We got this number from his wallet; we need you to come and identify his body."
Aarthi's heart sank.!!! She was shocked!
She said, But my husband is here with me?"
"Sorry ma'am, but the incident took place at 4 pm, when he was boarding the train."
Aarthi was about to lose her conscience.
How could this happen??? !!!!!!!
She had heard about the soul of the person coming to meet a loved one before it leaves !!!!!!
She ran into the other room with tears in her eyes.
He was not there. It was true !!!!!!!!  had he left her for good  ????? !!!!!
Oh God !!! She would have died for another chance to mend with him for every little fight they fought !!!!
She cried and fell on the floor in pain. She lost her chance !!! Forever !!!!
Suddenly there was a noise from the bathroom, the door opened and Rajiv came out and said "Darling, I forgot to tell you that, my wallet got stolen today while coming in the train"...........on hearing this her heart cried for him and tears rolled down her face with happiness for being alive.
LIFE MIGHT NOT GIVE YOU A SECOND CHANCE. SO NEVER WASTE A MOMENT WHEN YOU CAN STILL MAKE UP FOR YOUR WRONGS!!!
Let's start making amends.
To parents
To siblings
To relatives
To friends
And many more..........
No one has a promised tomorrow.
Have a wonderful Life with no regrets!

UBUNTU-I am because we are!

UBUNTU - A very nice story from Africa ...

The motivation behind the Ubuntu culture in Africa ...
An Anthropologist proposed a game to the African tribal children ...
He placed a basket of sweets near a tree
And made the children stand 100 metres away.
Then announced that whoever reaches first would get all the sweets in the basket.
When he said 'ready steady go!' ...
Do you know what these children did?
They all held each other's hands, ran together towards the tree, divided the sweets equally among themselves, ate the sweets and enjoyed it.
When the Anthropologist asked them why they did so,

They answered 'Ubuntu'.
Which meant
'How can one be happy when the others are sad?'
Ubuntu in their language means
'I am because we are!'
A strong message for all generations.

JRD Tata

JRD Tata

It was April of 1974. I was the only girl in my post- graduate department and was staying at the ladies' hostel.

I was looking forward to going abroad to complete a doctorate in computer science.

I had been offered scholarships from Universities in the US.

I had not thought of taking up a job in India.

While on the way to my hostel from our lecture-hall complex, I saw an advertisement on the notice board.

It was a standard job requirement notice from the automobile company Telco (Tata Motors).

It stated that the company required young, bright engineers, hard -working and with an excellent academic background, etc.

At the bottom was a small line: Lady Candidates need not apply.

I read it and was very upset.

For the first time in my life I was up against gender discrimination.

Though I was not keen on taking up the job, I saw it as a challenge.

After reading the notice I went fuming to my room.

I got a postcard and started to write, but there was a problem: I did not know who headed Telco.

I knew JRD Tata was the head of the Tata Group; I had seen his pictures in newspapers (actually, Sumant Moolgaokar was the company's chairman then).

I took the card, addressed it to JRD and started writing..

To this day I remember clearly what I wrote.

"The great Tatas have always been pioneers. They are the people who started the basic infrastructure industries in India, such as iron and steel, chemicals, textiles and locomotives They have cared for higher education in India since 1900 and they were responsible for the establishment of the Indian Institute of Science. Fortunately, I study there. But I am surprised how a company such as Telco is discriminating on the basis of gender."

I posted the letter and forgot about it.

Less than 10 days later, I received a telegram stating that I had to appear for an interview at Telco's Pune facility at the company's expense.

I was taken back by the telegram.

My hostel mate told me I should use the opportunity to go to Pune free of cost and buy them the famous Pune saris for cheap!

I collected Rs 30 each from everyone who wanted a sari.. when I look back, I feel like laughing at the reasons for my going.

It was my first visit to Pune and I immediately fell in love with the city. The place changed my life in so many ways.

As directed, I went to Telco's Pimpri office for the interview.

There were six people on the panel and I realized then that this was serious business.

This is the girl who wrote to JRD..I heard somebody whisper as soon as I entered the room.

By then I knew for sure that I would not get the job. The realization abolished all fear from my mind, so I was rather cool while the interview was being conducted.

The panel asked me technical questions and I answered all of them.

Then an elderly gentleman with an affectionate voice told me.. 'Do you know why we said lady candidates need not apply?

The reason is that we have never employed any ladies on the shop floor. This is not a factory. When it comes to academics, you are a first ranker throughout.

We appreciate that, but people like you should work in research laboratories.'

I did not know the ways of large corporate houses, so I answered...'But you must start somewhere, otherwise no woman will ever be able to work in your factories.'

Finally, after a long interview, I was told I had been successful.

So this was what the future had in store for me. Never had I thought I would take up a job in Pune.

Later I met a shy young man from Karnataka
there, we became good friends and we got married.

It was only after joining Telco that I realized who JRD was: the uncrowned king of Indian industry.

Now I was scared, but I did not get to meet him till I was transferred to Bombay.

One day I had to show some reports to Mr Moolgaokar, our chairman.

I was in his office on the first floor of Bombay House, the Tata head quarters, when JRD walked in.

That was the first time I saw 'JRD'.

I was feeling very nervous, remembering my postcard episode.

Someone introduced me..

This young woman is an engineer and She is the first woman to work on the Telco shop floor

JRD looked at me.

I was praying he would not ask me any questions about my interview or the postcard that preceded it.

Thankfully, he didn't.

Instead, he remarked. 'It is nice that girls are getting into engineering in our country. By the way, what is your name?'

'When I joined Telco I was Sudha Kulkarni, Sir,'

Now I am Sudha Murthy

He smiled and kindly smile and started a discussion with SM.

As for me, I almost ran out of the room.

After that I used to see JRD on and off.

He was the Tata Group chairman and I was merely an engineer. We had nothing in common..

One day I was waiting for Murthy, my husband, to pick me up after office hours.

To my surprise I saw JRD standing next to me. I did not know how to react..!

'Young lady, why are you here?' he asked. 'Office time is over.'

I said, 'Sir, I'm waiting for my husband to come and pick me up.'

JRD said, 'It is getting dark and there's no one in the corridor. I'll wait with you till your husband comes.'

I was quite used to waiting for Murthy, but having JRD waiting alongside made me extremely uncomfortable.

I was nervous.!

Out of the corner of my eye I looked at him. He wore a simple white pant and shirt. He was old, yet his face was glowing.

There wasn't any air of superiority about him.

I was thinking.. Look at this person. He is a chairman, a well-respected man in our country and he is waiting for the sake of an ordinary employee.

Then I saw Murthy and I rushed out...

JRD called and said, 'Young lady, tell your husband never to make his wife wait again.'

In 1982 I had to resign from my job at Telco...

When I was coming down the steps of Bombay House after wrapping up my final settlement when I saw JRD coming up.

I wanted to say goodbye to him, so I stopped. He saw me and paused...

Gently, he said, 'So what are you doing, Mrs. Kulkarni?'

'Sir, I am leaving Telco.'

'Where are you going?' he asked.

'Pune, Sir. My husband is starting a company called Infosys and I'm shifting to Pune.'

'Oh! And what will you do when you are successful.'

'Sir, I don't know whether we will be successful.'

Never start with diffidence, he advised me 'Always start with confidence. When you are successful you must give back to society. Society gives us so much; we must reciprocate. Wish you all the best.

Then JRD continued walking up the stairs.

I stood there for what seemed like a millennium.

*Sudha Murthy*

Mother's day

Mother's day

I couldn't resist myself from sharing this lovely write-up. It is filled with so much love and affection...

He was pruning  the plants..sitting in the posh arbour of ******international school, heat and dust didn't seem to affect him.
"Gangadas, Principal ma'am wants to see you right now"

The last two words of peon had lots of emphasis on them, trying to make it sound like an urgency  .
He quickly got up, washed and wiped his hands and headed towards Principal's room.

The walk from the garden to the office seemed never ending, his heart was almost jumping out of his chest..he was trying all the permutation & combination, figuring out as to what has gone wrong that she wants to see him urgently...he was a sincere worker and never shirked away from his duties...

*knock knock*..." Madam, you called me?"
"Come inside..." an authoritative voice laced with crispness made him further nervous,
Salt n pepper hair, tied neatly in a french knot, a designer sari - sober and very classic, glasses resting on the bridge of her nose...
She pointed out towards a paper kept on the table...
"Read this"
B..but ma'am I am an illiterate person, I can not read English.
Ma'am please forgive me if I have done anything wrong...give me another chance ...I am forever indebted to you for allowing my daughter to study in this school, free of cost...I could have never ever dreamt of such a life for my child.......   And he broke down almost trembling,
"Hold on, you assume a lot...we allowed your daughter because she is very bright and you have been our sincere worker..let me call a teacher in, she will read it out and translate it to you...this is written by your daughter and I want you to read this"
Soon enough the teacher was called and she started reading it, translating each line in Hindi...
It read-

"Today we are asked to write about Mother's Day ...
I belong to a village in Bihar, a village where medical and education still seem like a far fetched dream. Many women die every now and  then while giving birth. My mother was one of them too, she could not even hold me in her arms. My father was the first person to hold me..or perhaps the only person. Every one was sad..as I was a girl and I had "eaten up" my own mother.
My dad was instantly asked to remarry but he refused. My grandparents forced him by giving all logical, illogical and emotional reasons but he didn't budge. My grand parents wanted a grandson, they threatened him to remarry else he will be disowned...
He didn't think twice...he left everything, his acres of land..a good living, comfortable house, cattles and everything that counts for a good lifestyle in a village.

He came to this city with absolutely nothing but me in his arms. Life was tough, he worked hard day and night..raised me with tender love and utmost care .
Now I understand why suddenly he developed a dislike for things that I would love to eat but there was only one left in the platter....he would say that he hates eating it and I would finish it considering that he does not like it....but as I grew older I realised the reason and what sacrifice is all about.
He gave me the best possible comforts  beyond his capacity.

This school gave him a shelter, respect and the biggest gift-an admission to his daughter...
If love and care  defines a mother...then my father fits in there. If compassion defines a mother, my father fits in well in that category too...
If sacrifice defines a mother, my father dominates that category .
So in nut shell..if a mother is made of love, care sacrifice and compassion...MY FATHER IS THE BEST MOTHER ON EARTH THEN.

On Mother's Day,I would like to wish my father for being the best parent on earth...I salute him and say it with pride that the hardworking gardener working in this school is my father.
I know I will fail this test after my teacher reads this but this would be a very small price one would pay towards an ode to the selfless love of my father.
Thanks"
There was a silence in the room...one could only hear soft sobbing of Gangadas ....harsh sun could not wet his clothes with sweat but soft words of his daughter had soaked his chest with tears....he was standing there with hands folded..
He took the paper from teacher's hands...held it close to his heart and broke down.

Principal got up..offered him a chair, glass of water and said something.....strangely the crispness of her voice was taken over by warmth n sweetness....
"Gangadas....your daughter is given 10/10 marks for this essay...this is the best essay ever written about Mother's Day  in the history of this school.
We are having the Mother's Day gala event day after tomorrow and the school authority has decided to invite you as the chief guest...for the event...this is to honour all the love and sacrifice a man can do to raise his children...to show that you do not have to be a woman to be the perfect parent...n most importantly this is to reinforce/appreciate/ acknowledge the strong  belief of your daughter in you, to make her feel proud..to make the entire school feel proud that we have the best parent on earth as stated by your daughter....you are a true Gardner, who is not only looking after  the garden but also nurturing the most precious flower of your life in such a beautiful way....

So Gangadas will you be our chief guest for the event?"

....
....
(Well, I know not many schools or people in today's scenario will show such a beautiful gesture....but this is my minuscule   attempt in bringing out a difference/change ...and I will feel worth if this narrative could motivate even a single soul who is reading  this.

"Khabar hai hamein bhi..
Samaj ki mitti main
Iss  nayi soch ko ugne main
Waqt toh lagega abhi...
Par hum bhi ummed ka
Beej bone ki himmat rakhte hain" )

Tale of Mr. Zavere Poonawala & Ganga Datt

Tale of Mr. Zavere Poonawala & Ganga Datt

This is a story worth sharing !!!
This is about Mr. Zavere Poonawala (Brother of Dr. Cyrus Poonawala) who is a well-known industrialist in Pune. He had this driver named Ganga Datt with him for the last 30 years on his limousine, which was originally owned by Acharya Rajneesh.

Ganga Datt passed away recently and at that time Mr. Poonawala was in Mumbai for some important work.  As soon as he heard the news, he canceled all his meetings, requested the driver's family to await him for the cremation and came back to Pune immediately by a helicopter.

On reaching Pune, he asked the limo to be decorated with flowers as he wished Ganga Datt should be taken in the same car which he himself had driven since the beginning. When Ganga Datt's family agreed to his wishes, he himself drove Ganga Datt from his home up to the ghat on his last journey.

When asked about it, Mr. Poonawala replied that Ganga Datt had served him day and night, and he could at least do this being eternally grateful to him. He further added that Ganga Datt rose up from poverty and educated both his children very well. His daughter is a Chartered accountant and that is so commendable.

His comment in the end, is the essence of a successful life in all aspects:
“Everybody earns money which is nothing unusual in that, but we should always be grateful to those people who contribute to our success. This is the belief, we have been brought up with, which made me do, what I did.”

MUDA

MUDA

The Taj hotel group had invited Mr. Masai Imai, a  well known Japanese Consultant, to hold a workshop for its staff.

The staff  were very skeptical - the hotel is doing excellent business, this person from Japan has no exposure to hotel industry - what exactly is he going to teach?

But everybody gathered as planned for the workshop in the conference hall sharp at 9 am.

Mr. Masai was introduced to them - a not so impressive personality, nor the English all that good; spoke as if he was first formulating each sentence in Japanese and then translating it into rather clumsy English.

"Good morning! Let's start work. I am told this is a workshop; but I see neither work nor shop.
So let's proceed where work is happening Let's start with the first room on the first floor."

Mr. Masai, followed by the senior management, the participants, the video camera crew trouped out of the conference room and proceeded to the destination.

That happened to be the laundry room of the hotel.
Mr. Masai entered the room and stood at the window, "beautiful view!" he said.

The staff knew it; they need not invite a Japanese consultant to tell them this!
"A room with such a beautiful view is being wasted as a laundry room. Shift the laundry to the basement and convert this into a guest room."

Aa Haa! Now nobody had ever thought about that!

The manager said, "Yes, it can be done."

"Then let's do it," Mr. Masai said.

"Yes sir, I will make a note of this and we will include it in the report on the workshop that will be prepared." Said the Manager

"Excuse me, but there is nothing to note down in this. Let's just do it,
just now." Mr. Masai.

"Just now?" Manager

"Yes, decide on a room on the ground floor/basement and shift the stuff out of this room right away. It should take a couple of hours, right?" asked Mr. Masai.

"Yes." Manager.

"Let's come back here just before lunch. By then all this stuff will have got shifted out and the room must be ready with the carpets, furniture etc. and from today you can start earning the few thousand that you charge your customers for a night."

"Ok, Sir." The manager had no option.

The next destination was the pantry. The group entered. At the entrance were two huge sinks full of plates to be washed.

Mr. Masai removed his jacket and started washing the plates.

"Sir, Please, what are you doing?" the manager didn't know what to say and what to do.

"Why, I am washing the plates", Mr. Masai.

"But sir, there is staff here to do that." Manager Mr. Masai continued
washing, "I think sink is for washing plates, there are stands here to keep the plates and the plates should go into the stands."

All the officials wondered - did they require a consultant to tell them this?

After finishing the job, Mr. Masai asked, "How many plates do you have?'
"Plenty, so that there should never be any shortage." answered the Manager.

Mr. Masai said, "We have a word in Japanese -'Muda'. Muda means delay, Muda means unnecessary spending. One lesson to be learned in this workshop is to avoid both. If you have plenty of plates, there will be delay in cleaning them up. The first step to correct this situation is to remove all the excess plates."

"Yes, we will say this in the report." Manager.

"No, wasting our time in writing the report is again an instance of 'Muda'.
We must pack the extra plates in a box right away and send these to whichever other section of Taj requires these. Throughout the workshop now we will find out where all we find this 'Muda' hidden."

By then the staff had realised Mr. Maria's  way of working (and probably why their Chairman had arranged for the workshop ! )

And then at every spot and session, the staff eagerly awaited to find out Muda and learn how to avoid it.

On the last day, Mr.Masai told a story:

"A Japanese and an American, both fond of hunting, met in a jungle. They entered deep jungle and suddenly realized that they had run out of bullets.
Just then they heard a lion roaring. Both started running. But the Japanese took a short break to put on his sports shoes. The American said, "What are you doing? We must first get to the car."

The Japanese responded,  "No. I only have to ensure that I remain ahead of you."

All the participants engrossed in listening to the story, realized suddenly that the lion would stop after getting his victim!

"The lesson is: competition in today's world is so fierce, that it is important to stay ahead of other, even by just a couple of steps. And you have such a huge and naturally well endowed country. If you remember to curtail your production expenditure and give the best quality always, you will be miles ahead as compared to so many other countries in the world.", concluded Mr. Masai.

It is never late to learn...  let us take out all the MUDA OUT OF OUR LIVES

Russi Modi

Russi Modi

Russi Modi, Chairman, Tata Steel, was holding a weekly meeting with Tata Steel staff at a football ground in Jamshedpur.

A worker took up a niggling issue. He said the Quality and hygiene of toilets for workers was very bad. Whereas, he pointed out that the cleanliness and hygiene of Executive toilets are always very good.

Russi asked his top executive how much time he needs to set it right.

The executive asked for a month to set it right. Russi said "I would rather do it in a day. Send me a carpenter."

Next day, when the carpenter came, he ordered the sign boards to be swapped !!!

The sign board on the "workers" toilet was changed to "Executives" and  Executive toilet to "Workers".

Russi then gave instructions to inter-change it every fortnight!

The quality of both toilets became on par in 3 days time.

A solution that was immediate and lasting for both!

*Debriefing of this Story*

As a leader, it's your job to listen to the problem patiently but implement the solution quickly.

Always keep finding new ways to solve the problem quickly.

The moment you get this mindset, your path is transformed from normal leadership to a great leadership like Russi Modi

TATA Rules the Heart of People

TATA Rules the Heart of People

There is a blood bank inside the Tata Motors premises in Jamshedpur (there are Blood Banks in other plants as well).

This rule is also applied in Tata Steel too. If you donate a bottle of blood, not only you are given off for that day, but you can also avail an extra leave within 7 days of donating the blood.

Employees use it to extend their holidays. So, there is no shortage of leaves ever!!!

Needless to say, Tata loses several man-hours through this policy.

Once, while having a conversation with the employees of the company, Ratan Tata was asked a question (by a senior official), "People take undue advantage of the policy. We lose several man-hours due to this. The blood is replenished within 24 hours, you know. Why to give that extra holiday within 7 days of donating blood."

Ratan Tata smiled. He always does. And then came a calm reply. *"Encouragement is something I don't need to teach you. Only a few people donate because they want to. Talking about man-hours, we may be losing some man-hours doing that, but have you ever thought of the number of man-hours that get added to the person's life who receives that blood in the time of necessity? I am ready to sacrifice some of our man-hours for the better good of humanity."*

Ratan Tata is really inspiring Person and everyone should learn a lot with this.

Change Your Destiny!

Change Your Destiny! - Get Inspired

Krishna and Arjuna were taking a stroll when they came across a Brahmin who was begging. Arjuna out of pity gave him a pouch full of gold coins. The Brahmin was overjoyed and set off for home with a romantic song in his heart and dreamy eyes. On the way, a robber looted him.

So, on the following day, he was out begging again. Arjuna was surprised to see him. On hearing his story, Arjuna felt pity again and gave him a valuable gem and made sure that the man hid it in his pocket while going home. The Brahmin hid it in an old mud pot that was lying unused for a long time in his house.

His wife had gone out to fetch water from the river. On her way back she fell down and her pot of water broke. So she went home and quietly picked up the old mud pot and went to fetch water. The Brahmin was fast asleep. The moment she lowered the pot into the river to fill it, the gem fell out. She went home totally unaware of the loss she had just caused.

The Brahmin cursed his destiny when he realised what had happened. The next day, he was back to begging again. Isn't it true that we may give something to another but we cannot change another's destiny?

But God can! Read on.

When Krishna and Arjuna heard the tearful story of the poor Brahmin, Krishna quietly gave two paisa to the Brahmin. Arjuna exclaimed, “Oh Deenabandhu! I could not redeem him of his poverty even by giving him so many gold coins and the precious gem. What difference will two paisa make? Perhaps it is his destiny that he shall always be a beggar!”

Krishna just smiled. The Brahmin too was baffled with the paltriness of Krishna's donation, especially in contrast with Arjuna's largesse.

On the way home he saw that a fisherman had just caught a fish, which was gasping for life. He felt pity for the poor creature and thought to himself, "These two paisa will not be enough to buy me even a meal. So, let me buy the fish and save its life."

The Brahmin bought the fish for two paisa and immediately put it into his begging bowl and poured water into it. He set off towards the river to release the fish. He then noticed that the fish spat out something. It was the same precious gem that Arjuna had given him that he had hid in the mud pot!

The Brahmin was overjoyed. In his ecstasy he exclaimed, "I found it, I found it…" Coincidentally the robber who had looted him of his pouch full of gold coins was sitting just there. He thought the Brahmin had recognised him and was shouting, "I found him, I found him…" Fearing that he would be taken to the king's court and punished, he begged the Brahmin to pardon him and also returned the gold coins.

Arjuna was astounded! He said, "Krishna, what I could not achieve by giving so much, You have achieved by giving so little! What is this mystery?"

Krishna smiled His beautiful, bewitching smile and said, "Both times when you gave to him, he thought only of his personal comforts and the betterment of his life. When I gave him, he thought about the woes of another living creature. Truly speaking, when someone shows sympathy and helps someone, he is doing My work. When he is doing My work, how can I not do his?"

Don't jump into conclusion|Story

  Don't jump into conclusion

A 24-year old boy looking out through a train's window shouted, Dad, look, "the trees are going behind; they are moving very fast" his Dad simply stared at him with so much joy and smiled! A young couple seated nearby looked at the 24-year old and thought to themselves, he's so grown up but so childish, he must have a mental disorder for his father not to be bothered. Suddenly the young man exclaimed again; Dad, look, "the clouds are running with us" the couple could not resist and said to the old man, why don't you take your son to a good doctor may be a psychiatrist? The old man smiled and said I just did. We are just coming from a doctor but not a psychiatrist ; we are just coming from the hospital. My son was blind from birth. He just got his sight today for the very first time, his behavior may seem stupid to you, it's more than a miracle to me. The young couple just sat down there, lost for words with a mixture of tears and shame in their eyes..

Everybody on earth has a story; don't jump into conclusion about their private affairs; you don't know where they are coming from or what they have to deal with.
The truth behind their story might surprise you. Take it easy with others, even if you think you have a perfect life. Let us keep working towards the good of all.
